I am independently licensed as a Mental Counselor in both Virginia and Ohio (LPC, LPCC-S). I have completed advanced trainings in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Brainspotting. I am originally from the Cleveland area but have lived in and travelled to many places. I've recently moved to Northern Virginia and love exploring the DC metropolitan area and Appalachian mountains of VA. When I have free time I love traveling, hiking, crafting and reading.
